Vangelis Vitalis previously served as New Zealand's Chief Negotiator for the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and was the NZ Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in Geneva.
